D and I laid low this morning, as D was not feeling well.....we missed meeting friends at the zoo, which upset us both. By the afternoon we were sick of being at the hotel and decided to get some fresh air in downtown Lake Orion. It is a very beautiful little town, with a nice street of shops similar to Market St. in Corning. We met a nice woman and her two children in a resale shop. She had curly hair cut just like mine, so of course I had to ask her where she got it cut! She game me her number and said to call and we could get the kids together. We also checked out the Children's Park where D made a few other friends and fed some ducks!
We are looking forward to meeting a friend at the park tomorrow!
Can I kayak there? Glad D is feeling better :)
